Over the years, Opac has become a benchmark in the design and production of automotive soft-top systems for brands including Alfa Romeo, Bentley, Chery, Fiat, Ford, Jansen, MG, Peugeot, Pininfarina, Rolls-Royce and Rover, as well as hard-top systems (rigid roofs) for Bentley, Ferrari, Ford, Mitsubishi, Pininfarina and Volvo.
Advanced technologies such as hot stamping, micro-casting and self-lubricating pivot systems ensure service life exceeding one million operating cycles, for both basic soft-top systems and highly complex hard-top solutions.
Numerous automotive manufacturers have entrusted Opac with the production of limited-series vehicles, including Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Boschert, Pininfarina, Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Rover, MG, Fiat Auto Corse, Jensen, Lamborghini and Volvo.
For all of these manufacturers, Opac has developed complete production systems for limited-series vehicle bodies, including all the equipment required for both manual and automated assembly operations.
